Step 1: Connect your Linksys Velop with your primary wifi router or internet modem.
Step 2: Now, connect your computing device to the Linksys Velop’s network.
Step 3: Open your internet browser.
Step 4: In the address bar, type http ://myrouter.local.
Step 5: Press the enter key to land on the setup page.
Step 6: The following screen will guide you about the web links you need to replace.
Step 7: After that, enter ‘admin’ in the username and passkey slots to login to the wifi settings.
Step 8: After logging in, give your own network name and password.
Step 9: Then choose the Setup Node option.
Step 10: Choose the I am Done Adding Node option after completing.
Step 11: Open the wifi settings on your computer, next.
Step 12: Search for the Linksys Velop SSID that you have just entered.
Step 13: Again, open the web browser on your system.
Step 14: Launch the web page http ://myrouter.local.
Step 15: Hit the enter button to proceed.
Step 16: On the following page, click on the Velop Logo option.
Step 17: Enter the router’s default passkey.
Step 18: See the bottom-right corner on your computing device.
Step 19: You will observe a CA link, click on it.
Step 20: On the following page, visit the Connectivity section.
Step 21: Go to the velop setup again.
Step 22: Here, you will set up the SSID and password for your Linksys Velop router.
Step 23: To move ahead, choose the Setup Node option.
